20,000 Day and counting – Robert D Smith.

DATE: MAR/2017

OUTLINE: This book is a fairly religious centric way of trying to be more grateful and present for your life.

REVIEW: This book wasn’t really what I was expecting from the title but there you go. It is quite heavily bulked out with endorsements from the bible and uses a fair amount of religious contact to highlight how you should be present in mindfulness and thankful for the 20,000 days you have probably already had on this planet. If you’re not religious skip it, or read it with an open mind. If you are into religion you will probably find it way more beneficial and valuable than I managed to gleam from it at the time of reading.
