REVIEW: This book i loaded with information on how to hire/fire, budget, forecast, motivate, manage, structure and resource your real estate business. It is focused on the US market although I am sure there are comparable to be drawn not only in property industries over the globe but also other business owners in entirely different services. A lot of the financial break down is al geared towards managing your company and the people with in it. The heavily endorse leveraging other peoples skills and assets and what is really nice is throughout the book they reference the top 50 real estate investors/buyers/seller agent that they interviewed all over the US. Occasionally the successful people are referenced for their sage advice son that has worked for them including their big ‘AH HA’ moments.
