OUTLINE: An American history of one mans successful money making through multiple property strategies
Scott Yancey featured in US TV on a property programme that involved flipping properties, and techniques of buying and selling a property and changing its usage during the short ownership as a method of adding to the resale price and thus the profit. The author highlights the fact that rather than having one strategy in property he has picked 2 main branches, flipping and buying to hold and rent, in the American market, and adapted them to suit the economic climate. The narration can be pretty monotone in on the audiobook but the content is good with the only drawback being that some of the advice is only, at present, applicable to the US economy/laws. Worth a read but there are more UK comprehensive books on the subject that are of the same length by either Progressive Property or Simon Zutshi, to name a few.
