The Grattitude Effect   – John DeMartini 

Some overlap from ‘TheValues Factor’ in case studies and some links to ‘The Secret’. And sometimes this seems to be an advert through out for attending a Demartini Worksop called the ‘break through’. However, cynic aside, if you apply the gratitude effect, that a LOT of self help booker endorse, then I can’t see there really being any negative side to it. People will probably just like you more and you’ll be more chilled out. Say thanks, actually be thankful and appreciate all that you already have.
