The quickly skims through some of the habit forming behaviours that can help you set up and start a morning routine, keep it going and, as a result, benefit from what the increase in quantifiable results such as increased daily productivity, better health and wealth and improved relationships with those around you. I read it at 6am whilst I was out for a run which is something that I am now well in the habit of doing and it was completed and then reviewed before most of the people around me were even awake.
