This is a somewhat philosophical book that considers you should live in the NOW present time at all times. To be honest I struggle with how much the principles and concepts in this book are, seemingly, detached from the reality that I know. Perhaps that says a lot about me and not the book. If you read it you’re going to have to be VERY open minded about adjusting a LARGE amount of the concepts of your life but, apparently, if you can achieve that then you won’t relly have to worry about anything else ever again. I struggled with this book so if you get it then perhaps you can impart that knowledge on me?
